i can say this one is a cross between my "Bold Docked Panels" and "Greyscale Panels".
Blue Widgets was inspired by Bellshare's "BerryWeather" App. Widgets slide verticle and horizontal across the screen. Apps dock and 3 on the Media dock are definable. the first icon on the menu dock is also definable. Look for this premium theme in early April. Dont worry, its not gonna be one of those $8 themes. LOL
